We want every celebration with MOOOV Event Services to feel effortless, exciting, and secure. To keep things clear for everyone, here’s an overview of how we work.
1. What We Provide
We create music and entertainment experiences for weddings, private parties, and corporate events. This can include DJs, live musicians, sound and lighting, dance floors, and other event essentials. The exact details of what you’ve booked will always be clearly outlined in your proposal or confirmation.
2. Securing Your Date
Your date is officially reserved once we’ve received your written confirmation (by email or signed agreement) and the booking deposit. The deposit is non-refundable, as it locks in the artists and services for your event. The remaining balance is usually due [X days] before the event.
3. Cancellations & Postponements
We know plans can change. If you need to cancel:
- More than 90 days before your event → we refund 50% of the deposit.
- Within 90 days → the full fee applies.
If you need to postpone, we’ll do everything possible to move with you to a new date (subject to availability).
4. Your Role as Host
To make sure everything runs smoothly, we’ll need:
- A suitable space and power supply for our equipment.
- Safe access for our team and gear.
- Any venue approvals or permits taken care of (if required).
You also agree to share accurate event details (timings, location, schedule) and keep us updated if things change.
5. Flexibility on the Day
We always aim to deliver exactly what you’ve booked. If, for reasons outside our control (e.g. illness or technical issues), a change is needed, we’ll provide a professional alternative of the same quality.
6. Respect & Safety
We love being part of your celebration, and we’ll give our all. In return, we ask that our team, artists, and equipment are treated with respect. If safety becomes a concern, we may pause or stop a performance. Any damage caused by guests or third parties will be your responsibility.
7. Unforeseen Circumstances
If something truly out of everyone’s control happens — like extreme weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or power failures — we can’t be held responsible for cancellations. We’ll always do our best to find solutions together.
8. Insurance & Liability
We carry professional and public liability insurance. Our responsibility is limited to the amount paid for our services, and we can’t cover indirect costs such as travel or accommodation.
9. Photos & Media
We sometimes capture photos or short video clips of our performances for our portfolio and social media. We’ll always do this respectfully, and if you’d prefer us not to, just let us know in writing before the event.
10. Governing Law
Our business is based in Spain, so Spanish law applies to these Terms. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Málaga.
